  • Select and fill out “ALERT NAME, JOB CATEGORIES, CAREER LEVEL, AND FREQUENCY”
  • Click on “SAVE”
Your job alert will then be set up based on the categories you had chosen.

Q. How do I apply using the ahadu vacancy website?

If the application instruction on the vacancy announcement says to apply using the ahadu vacancy website, follow these steps:

  • Login to your ahadu vacancy account,
  • UPDATE your CV and cover letter in your account
  • Search for the vacancy announcement you want to apply for,
  • Click on the “APPLY NOW” button at the top section of the vacancy announcement page.
  • select your CV from the list, if you don't have one create one.
  • Click on the “APPLY“ button.

The application will then be submitted directly to the company or employer. For a successful submission, view your sent-out applications in the “APPLIED JOBS” category list in your ahadu vacancy profile account.
Note that once you send out your applications

  • CV cannot be deleted or reapplied or removed
  • Supporting documents should not be attached unless the company request
How do I upload my CV on ahadu vacancy?

Before uploading your CV, make sure to save your CV is in Word or PDF format and it shouldn’t exceed 5MB. These steps can help you upload your CV on the ahadu vacancy website.

  • Login to your email address ( Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail…etc.) , You will then receive an email to the same address instructing you how to reset your password.

  • Login to your personal account by entering the email address and password associated with your account
  • Click the “Apply Now” button on the description page for the job you are interested in
  • When a pop-up window appears, paste or type in your cover letter for the job you're applying for.
  • Next, select the desired CV from the drop-down list (If you have not created a CV, the drop-down list will not appear and you will have to upload cv on dashboard).
  • When finished, click the “Apply” button and wait for a confirmation message indicating the successful submission of your application.
Q. How can I check on the progress of my applications?

To view the status of your application online, follow the steps below:

  • Login onto your ahadu vacancy account.
  • Click the "My Applications" button, located on your personal account page.
  • You should be able to see the status of your applications on this page.
  • To receive personal feedback on the status of any of your applications, you will need to directly contact the recruiting agency or employing company that advertised the vacancy on the ahadu vacancy site.
