Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate and address all design modification concerns of the customer in association with the engineering department and communicate all price modification matters timely.
- critically maintain and update master data base, maintain backup periodically
- Follow up on site construction progress, completion and communicate to the customer .
- Conduct all Engineering estimations during Deductions and additions in association with the Engineering department.
- Follow up and execute final finishing works and ready each units for hand over in coordination with engineering and customers service department
- Schedule attend and follow up project/site handover
- Report accurate data on all construction stages to customer service department
- Follow up collection stage construction progresses.
- Report on all achieved collection milestones from construction progress point of view
- Report on all major construction shackling issues.
Job Requirements
- Must Have BSc Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Manager with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience preferably in construction or real estate company as Site Engineer and office engineer job position
- Good Organization, leadership and communication skills
- Age Range: 23 - 30
