Micro service and API Developer

We are looking for an experienced Back-end developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for the server side of our web applications. As a Back-end developer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve back end micro services architecture and user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs.

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance
• Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• provide training and support to internal teams
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features
• Follow emerging technologies.
• Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role
• Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views
• Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner
• Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data
• Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses
• Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users
• Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards
• Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity
• Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required     

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Back-end developer and AWS Lambda, microsoft Azure Functions, server-less systems, Kubernetes etc.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python and Javascript
• Hands-on experience with Frameworks like Django and Node js
• Experience with payment methods integration both local and international
• Familiarity with Docker
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
• A professional Database Administrator (DBA) will keep the database up and running smoothly 24/7. The goal is to provide a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users. A Database Administrator must possess the ability to analyze data and make decisions quickly. They also must have strong analytical skills to monitor performance and identify problems with a system. They need to evaluate complex information from multiple sources, determining actions based on this analysis.

Requirements

• BS degree in a computer science, Software engineering discipline or relevant certification.
• Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing micro service and API.
• Proven working experience as a Back-end developer.
• Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications
• Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
• Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding
• Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools
• Familiarity with application layer server-side technologies, both GraphQL and REST
• Familiarity with Django and Nodejs
• Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
