Job Role:

• Quoting
• setting up a new customer
• Booking freight with line
• Completing paperwork for sailing
• Liaising with other offices
• Arranging the clearance
• Preparing Bills of Lading
• Port health checks
• Paying line and getting release
• Book delivery
• Invoice shipment
• Knowledge of shipping processes and documents for both imports and exports is desirable
