Pharmacist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Provide medication counselling and advice to patients.
• Monitor patients' medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions or adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Comply with pharmacy regulations and maintain accurate records.
• May also have additional responsibilities depending on the setting, such as compounding medications, managing inventory, or participating in research.

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications: 

• Requires a bachelor's degree in pharmacy followed by completion of licensing exams to become a registered pharmacist.
