Project Manager

The Project Manager/Team Leader shall strictly meet the following requirement

Job Requirements

General requirement:

• A qualified and competent Chartered or Registered Professional Infrastructure Engineer/Urban Planning Engineer (planner) with a minimum of 15 years’ experience out of which, 10 years comes from a relevant similar post graduate experience in similar setting

Specific Requirement:

• Minimum 3 projects with similar position in carrying out large area development study projects specifically in real estate. design and construction supervision
• Direct experience in carrying out Master plan studies and designs od large scale real-estate project in different positions
• At least 7 years as Design Engineer covering all aspects of Master Planning and detailed engineering design of Large scale Real Estate Projects to international standards,
• Direct experience in developing integrated detail architectural and engineering drawings encompassing multi-façade disciplines (Compound roads, water supply, sewage, storm water management, sanitation, landscape…etc)
• At least 5 (Five) projects of a similar assignments and at least 5 years’
• Proven experience as Team Leader/Project Manager of similar projects in Developing Countries.
• Having a construction supervision experience on large scale Real Estate and/or other similar development project in position of Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer will be added value
