Junior Quantity Surveyor

Junior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for preparing quantities of buildings and checking against the plan and also checking quantities and payment forward from project office.

Job Requirements

• BSc degree in Civil Engineering Or construction management with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience most importantly in real estate/construction companies preferably in high rising building constructions.
• Must have knowledge of computer applications and engineering software such as AUTO CAD, Project Management, etc.
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and decision-making skill
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with a team
