Medical Service Expert

Heal Africa Health City S.C is an emerging conglomerate business firm established by highly honored professionals from various fields, mainly medical and health specialists and sub-specialists who have excessive experience in the field of medical services.  Heal Africa Health City is looking for a dedicated bunch of experts to ensure the efficient transition of our newly acquired healthcare facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a Medical Service Expert, under the direct supervision of Heal Africa health City SC deputy Board CEO, will have responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition of the already functional tertiary hospital into a new establishment, through the realization of an innovative strategy for a complete shift of service delivery.
• The duties in the transition period include preparing a well-designed transformational plan that will take the hospital to the highest possible level within an acceptable prescribed period of time and efficient use of resources. Effective in transition period management leads the candidate to be considered for vice provost of the Medical facility.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• A  Medical degree and a Master’s degree in health care quality, clinical governance or related fields.
• A license and certification to practice medicine.
• Excellent medical knowledge and training.
• Seven or more years of experience in clinical medicine (preferably in a tertiary-level care hospital).
• Proven experience in hospital administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Good computer and electronic record skills.
• Excellent managerial and organizational skills.
