Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers for payment collection
- Communicate with customers to reduce dissatisfaction
- Follow up and address customer requests and concerns
- Compile data and maintain database as directed by the collection office head, customer support office head and customer service manager
- Be proactive in maintaining customer satisfaction
- Report to department manger on all proceedings
Job Requirements
- Attuned communication skill
- 1st degree holder preferably on marketing and similar background
- 2 years’ Experience
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Age Range: 23-30
