Metropolitan Real Estate is looking for “Sales Representatives” who are passionate about sales and committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

✅ Meet with clients to discuss their home purchase and sale needs

✅ Take clients to home showings and open houses

✅ Follow up with clients on their real estate needs and stay in regular contact with them

✅ Act in a manner consistent with the company's high image, reputation and reliability

✅ Use his/her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, promote sales of the apartment units in a diligent and aggressive manner, and forward all customers and relevant information to the Company

✅ Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress

Job Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration or in a related field

✅  2+ years sales experience; preferably 1+ years of Real Estate Sales experiences

✅  A people-oriented, positive, and customer-centric attitude.

✅ Excellent negotiation skills

✅ Passion for real estate and helping people achieve their property goals

✅   Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

✅   Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities

✅  Strongly motivated and creative

✅   Results-oriented mindset

✅ Willingness to continually learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
