Essential Functions

• Initiate ideas and develop new approaches to creating innovative and expressive graphic art works for all social media accounts;
• Preparing news and other key contents about major activities of our bank and let it reach to our audiences by posting timely.
• Undertake all rounded periodic social media analysis (progress and competitor analysis);
• Work aggressively to boost social media of the Bank;
• Undertake periodic social media campaign;
• Develop graphics, gifs and other import graphic creative art works  for websites /social media and other brand elements in line with the brand guideline;
• Entertain design work requests from other work units of the Bank regarding design works;

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA in Marketing, Media and Communication, Literature (Amharic/English) or related field

 Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in media, digital media or digital marketing and related.
