Major Function/Job Description
- Responsible for managing all communications with Sales supervisors and Installer agent Supervisor preparation of required progress reports, and resolving technical issues for the agents.
- Monitoring/supervising for the performance of the Sales and Installer agent Supervisors activities.
- Assessing and consolidating the problems to be encountered that takes place on the field to solve the alternative solution.
- Develop and maintain long term network operation strategies that will help enhance and achieve long term goals for the company.
- Monitor/supervise, and ensure the implementation of all Sales and Installer agents’ activities.
- Report On the number Of Fiber Optics Produced Each Day
- Prepare Daily Supervision Report
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualification
- BSC in Electrical Engineering (Computer) / Software Engineering / Information Technology and other related field

- Problem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stress
- Strong knowledge of company policy, goals and standards
