Job Purpose

The digital media coordinator will develop content and suggest creative ways to attract more Audiences and customers to promote our brands and companies. He/She should be able to increase the traffic and customer engagement that aligned with broader marketing strategies of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
• Create engaging image and video contents
• Posts as per the program, engaging readers or viewers, and create buzz around products and brands.
• Measure the web traffic and monitor.
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers.
• Develop posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
• Oversee social media accounts.
• Suggest new ways to attract audiences and customers, like promotions giveaways and competitions.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualification and Requirements

• BA degree in Marketing, or IT.
• Previous work experience as a Social media coordinator
• Experience in multiple social media platforms
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
