Finance Coordinator- Stock Control

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activity of the Inventory team and resolve queries by the team
• Check Internal review and weekly postings
• Update, based on documentation received from the warehouse
• Total supervision of tasks carried out in the account dept. including checking all costs of RM & finished goods adjustment every day of returned formulation
• Raw material inventory valuation & variation of all RM stores every month on sample bases for formal bases every quarterly and annual report.
• Variation & Valuation of returned formulation actual with expected daily & monthly reports.
• Tested goods inventory reconciliation of subsidiary with GL monthly report
• Checking all document of packing material and customs documents.
• Reports of used packing materials by formulation & reconciliation of SIV and monthly stock status report.
• Adjusting cost of finished goods every month with all necessary documents with transaction reference documents.
• Packing material variation every month counting and comparing physical verses document with the ledger.
• Ensure adequate financial documentation is maintained for added entries
• Cost checking by each item comparing based on their costs.
• FGT posting to globes & SAP daily.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of the inventory situation
• Closing Open GR / IR Cases at month end
• Quarterly Inventory Verification
• Checking of declaration within one month.
• Checking of interchange within 5 days
• Rectifying Errors
• Oversee and assist in an audit of financials
• Performs any other duties related to finance as given by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of SAP is preferable
