Job Description
Our client, a consulting and valuation company, is recruiting an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures. Duties include maintaining office services and efficiency, allocating prioritized services to internal and external customers, performing basic accounting tasks, and maintaining office records. The successful candidate would also have a role in business support activities in terms of data collection and providing customer service.
Job Requirements
- First degree in Administrative Services and Technology Management, Management, Accounting, or related fields with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or a Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office management with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Thorough knowledge in Microsoft software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Very good communications skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Effective organizational skills
- Very good time management skills
