Dugda Construction plc invites you, the qualified candidate, to apply for the following position. 

Job’s General Objective:

To contribute to the effectiveness of Dugda Construction by managing the day-to-day financial routine of the Company; preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with DUGDA Construction and governmental Policies and Procedures.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that book of accounting is maintained, cheques, receipts, and other financial documents are kept Properly, and that they are safeguarded against misuse;n
• Prepare Payments
• Ensure all transactions from Project are transferred to the Head Office On time and are Supported with required documents and approved by concerned authorities;
• Follows Up that taxes, insures claims, and Collection are settled on time;
• Ensure that all Cash collected is deposited daily in the bank;
• Ensure all accounts are reconciled Monthly (Cash, Debtor's, Creditor, Taxes and others)
• Prepare Weakly Sales report ;
• Produces Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and Submits to the Finance Manager ; (Head)
• Ensure that all financial documents and reports are filled systematically.
• Ensure that all Job orders much with delivered Order reports and filled systematically.
• Update fixed Asset registration daily.
• Prepare cash Position report
• Prepare Ready mix Employee's report
• Account in-house Ready Mix Delivery Order
• Performs other duties assigned by Finance Department Manager..
• Perform any other assignment from the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum BA Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 plus years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing/Production  industry out of which 2 years of a senior-level experience
• Knowledge of construction, Manufacturing, and or production sector is a plus.
