Purpose of work

Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of manpower requirement plan, labor management and training, and manpower development plan;
- Drafting labor management guidelines and presenting them to the supervisor, and implementing them when approved;
- Identifying the demand and supply of manpower, by identifying the positions where the necessary manpower is not fulfilled, according to the organization's instructions
- Facilitating base recruitment;
- Monitoring that employees respect the organization's guidelines and regulations and are always at work; control,
- Action according to the guidelines for misconduct caused by employees by violating the rules of labor management
- To check them and present them to the nearest officer,
- To open a personal file for each employee, to monitor, to control and to be authorized by the official and authorized by law
- Keeping the body from going out
- Promotion and salary of employees; Follow up on promotion, retirement, severance and other benefits
- Presenting work performance report to the immediate supervisor.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

- Reduction of tax payments
- Keeping accurate and detailed payroll reports
- Dealing with questions and complaints from employees

Job Requirements
Qualification
- Proven experience as a human resource development professional
- Some knowledge of accounting
- Ability to collect, compile, calculate and analyze data
- He is well aware of the laws and regulations regarding human resources
- Computer literate, especially in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Good math skills
- Ability to work well organized and use time in the system
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/BA in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or related work experience
