Duties and responsibilities:

• Resources needed for project implementation, such as building materials and human resources plan, prepare a plan with detailed activities before the project starts time: implement when approved.
• Prepares the detailed process of the project in a schedule so that the project can be completed within the scheduled time while keeping the quality.
• In order to control the project from start to finish, I will spend most of my working time on the project. If he is off-site by order of the organization's management or beyond his capacity, he will hand over the work to the representative of the organization.
• Monitors the performance of the project in terms of quality, time, material, and human resources, as well as the progress made according to the contract.
• Counts and takes over the resources provided by the organization for project construction.
• Even if there is an issue that deviates from the project contract or is not included in the contract during the execution process, the expert may report the issue to the higher authority without waiting for a regular reporting period, explaining the potential gap.
• Ensures that the project invoice certificate is supported by factual evidence.
• Ensures that the project workplace safety policy is implemented on its own. Submits workplace safety issues as part of the project performance report.
• When a question is asked about the project from outside or inside, it can be presented as proof of the organization's procedure as necessary, and an explanation can be given.
• Performs other duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
