Cashier/Receptionist

Duties and responsibilities

• Receiving cash and Cash collections from customers using cash register machine.
• Preparing check and petty cash payments vouchers.
• Resolve Customer issues and answer telephone calls.
• Ensure and control that the working area is Clean.
• Manage and follow up cash collections from customers.
• Manage Petty cash, material issued from store and material purchases.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma/Level-4/Level-3  in secretarial science and office management or accounting or related fields
• Basic Computer ( Ms-Word, Ms- Excel) training is mandatory.
• Cash Register Machine Knowledge is mandatory.

Experience:-  

• 2 Years minimum experience for Diploma/Level-4.
• 4 years experience for Level-3 Certificate.
