Job Summary

Digital Lendingss Relationship Manager is Responsible for relationship and partnership  creation and management, and product & digital lending business development and enhancement to deliver best quality service to customers with the expectation of increasing profitability and/or reducing operational expense and risks.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing Managerment, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics and/or related fields.
• Master’s in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 (six) years relevant work experience on similar roles.

Required Technical Competency

• Strong knowledge of the Bank’s clients and their needs.
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends and their implications for the Bank as well as events in fast-paced markets.
• Good knowledge of banking regulations.
• Adequate knowledge of Banking and finance (local and international).
• Corporate and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and drive change initiatives in support of business strategies within the department/unit.
