Job Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the corporate communication activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
- Lead the generation of content for internal and external communication including newsletters, news briefs, website and social media platforms;
- Assist executive management in developing presentations, speeches, annual reports and other important corporate messages
- Write, announce or distribute press releases to introduce new products and services, new members of the management team, expansions and other newsworthy developments;
- Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities by developing strong relationships with media representatives;
- Develop, implement, and review communication associated policies with implementation plans;
- Manage the production and execution of all organization events (timelines, content, budget, logistic,)
- Ensure standard and consistent use of technical terms, writing format and style, and communicate the same throughout the bank,
- Ensure proper documentation of all communication materials, audios, videos, photographs, certificates and the like;
- Ensure consistent communication of the Bank’s mission and values across all channels
Job Requirements
Qualification
- MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Journalism & communication, Marketing Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience
- 7/9 years of experience in relevant fields, of which 2 years as team leader property & facility management or equivalent preferably in the banking industry.
