Office Architect

• Developing and presenting project proposals
• Preparing drawing, blue prints, specifications and construction documents
• Adjusting design and plans to meet the client needs
• Assist clients in taking appropriate decisions on the design, location and materials for proposed building construction
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client`s needs, building`s usage, and environmental impact
• Follow architectural trends and advancements

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Degree in architecture or related field
• CGPA 3.5 and above
• Fresh graduate and eager to learn.
• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer aided design (CAD) other design related software
• Strong creative and visualizing skills
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Being able to meet strict deadlines.
