Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement communication plans for various campaigns and events within the CVM space
- Manage and align to other BTL messaging across various channels, including email, social media, and direct mail
- Ensure all messaging is accurate and aligned with the company's values or cooperate guidelines as well as brand guidelines
- Obtain the best translations for all messages
- Work with different stakeholders, including marketing, creative, and legal, to ensure messaging meets all relevant requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as translation agencies, to ensure quality services and timely delivery of messages
- Develop and maintain a communication database of all messages and campaigns for tracking and reporting purposes
- Provide reports and analysis of messaging performance to stakeholders and management
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in communication coordination, preferably in the CVM space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with managing messaging across different channels and languages
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in messaging and communication strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools
