JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Marketing & Communication Director and in collaboration with other departments of the organization, the job holder contributes for the effective execution of organizational mission by developing and implementing robust marketing and communication strategy.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, execute, and periodically monitor and revise the marketing and communication strategy, plan, guidelines, procedures, and processes to provide quality service to our clients and meet and exceed their expectations.
- Strategize marketing and communication approaches and SOP to increase demand generation , achieve brand repositioning as women wellness service provider, improve client experience and increase client interaction at the contact center.
- Promote the wide range of services MSIE provides and drive client footfall using digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns, in the sense of using content as a medium.
- Produce contents, messages, visuals and reports to various information dissemination channels i.e digital , print and broadcast mediums and audiences
- Produce and publish real & powerful stories for various target audiences i.e donors, partners and clients or as required
- Produce comprehensive and standard reports, communication materials , periodical newsletters for internal and external stakeholders periodically or as needed.
- Document best practices of projects
- Lead and involve in planning, coordinating, and organizing important events, occasions, meetings and programs both for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification Requirements
Education:
- MBA/BA in Marketing, Business, Social & behavioral change communication or related discipline with relevant work experience
Experience:
- Seven and above years of relevant experience, work experience in health industry is a plus.
Skill, Attitude and Attributes:
- Proven experience in marketing & communication or similar roles
- Thorough understanding of marketing and communication elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media, website etc.)
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Having photography, video and photo editing skills
- Content creation skill considering different audience and communication channels
- Having business acumen
- Having the ability to present and write reports, findings or case studies to various types audiences.
- Having the ability to work well with others in team environments.
- Having Self-starter and proactive personality
- Strategic guidance and planning skills.
- Motivation for personal and professional development .
