Job Summary
The Corporate RM- Institutional Banking is responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within assigned by recommending or selling Corporate Banking products and cross-selling other Bank's products and services to enhance value-add relationships with customers. Â In addition, the jobholder is responsible for acquiring new customers; pursuing incremental business within the customer base, managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship, and providing business advice that will benefit the client in the institutional banking sector
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in business administration, Marketing Management, Accounting, banking, finance or related field.
- Masterâs degree in business administration, banking, finance or related field is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum of Eighht (8) years relevant experience out of which Two (2) years in supervisory post.
- Experience in corporate banking is highly desirable.

Required Technical Competency
- Demonstrate experience and in-depth understanding of Corporate Banking.
- Knowledge and experience in modern sales and marketing practices in financial services industry.
- Networking skills to effectively leverage on relationships that will enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Extensive banking background, including understanding credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Project management skills.
