Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the suppliers sourcing and certification, commercial negotiation, and delivery tracking of purchased materials for Ethiopia projects .improve the overall purchase Competitiveness at costs, delivery, and quality.
• Collects, analysis market and supply information, lead the bidding and commercial negotiations, and strengthens TCO management and control.
• Issue Purchase Orders and Frame agreement to ensure the timely delivery, ensure the materials deliver completed and supply safety.
• Participate supplier`s management, review delivery performance regularly and major delivery problems with suppliers, and tracking the improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor`s degree or above,  Bachelor`s degree request  3 years working experience or above, Master`s degree request 1 year working experience or above.
• Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Good experience in the IDC, Wireless Technology, IT Hardware and Software area is preferred.
• Familiar with the suppliers in Telecommunications, Electricity and other area, strong skills in sourcing suppliers.
• Have strong express skills, interpersonal skills, fast response skills, communication skills, and problem solving skills. Have a good temper and responsibility
