The Sales Manager will be an essential part of the SantimPay Sales team. She/he oversees the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities and developing strategies to managing resources and delivering quality submissions. This involves researching the client, the market, the competitors, and the requirements of the request for proposal. The bid specialist also needs to evaluate the internal capabilities, resources, and risks of pursuing the bid. Based on this analysis, the bid he can decide whether to bid or not so that his main objectives and value is propositions of the bid. The specialist needs to develop a consistent bid follow up, Procurement and tender Preparation.
· Identify relevant tenders across different sources regularly.
· Involve in responding tenders properly to win the bid.
· Involve in drafting contract and SLA documents in collaboration with relevant work units.
· Involve in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies and prospects for new business to meet set targets and participate in product development initiatives for the trading business.
· Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them to build business relationships on company’s products;
· Review pricing practices to ensure they are consistent with sectors standards;
· Create proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of the s products of the company offering to a customer in order to secure a sales contract;
· Train sales staff on new products being offered by the company to increase their knowledge about offerings and enhance their ability to sell effectively;
· Work closely with other members of the sales team to coordinate efforts and identify opportunities for growth in the market;
· Support the identification, approach and establishment of business partnership with potential business partners, suppliers and customers,
· Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration and/or related fields.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
· Extremely computer literate, especially with Microsoft and related software
· Photoshop and others Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
· Above 5 years relevant work experience with a proven track record of success.
