Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. Sales and Marketing Manager responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales and Marketing Manager duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.

Primary Responsibilities

What will you do?

• Developing and implementing sales plans
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner with and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• University degree in any discipline. Business and Technology are preferable.
