Job Description
Technical Support and Maintenance:
- Hardware and software troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, peripherals, network equipment, and software applications.
- System installation and configuration: Set up new hardware and software, configure settings, and ensure compatibility within the existing system.
- Data backup and recovery: Implement data backup procedures, and restore lost or corrupted data when needed.
- Security management: Maintain network security, monitor for potential threats, and implement security protocols.
- User support: Provide technical assistance to users by phone, email, or in person, answering questions, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
Administrative Tasks:
- Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and user accounts.
- Documentation and reporting: Document procedures, troubleshoot logs, and generate reports on system performance and user activity.
- Vendor communication: Liaise with vendors for equipment repairs, software updates, and troubleshooting support.
- Budgeting and cost control: Assist with IT budget planning, managing purchase orders, and maintaining cost-effectiveness.

- Work experience 3-5 years BSC degree experience in Hospital experience setting is highly desirable.
