Customer Service Officer

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Auto Mechanic or Equivalent with minimum Diploma level 4 from a recognized and reputable technical college.
• Sound/ outstanding academic performance; Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Minimum of 3(three) years of practical experience after graduation.
• Sound experience on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles maintenance.
• Good in customer handling skill.
• Must have a high level of motivation and energy and must be proactive.
• Capable to adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers if required.
• Experience in cars dealers repair shop is highly preferable.
• Must be able to operate Basic Computer Software applications.
• Must have good hand calligraphy.
