Job Description
Duties and responsibilities of the Secretary
- Liaising with the other staffs
- Receiving calls and emails
- Taking minutes
- Circulating approved minutes
- Checking that agreed actions are carried out.
- Keeping up-to-date contact details Filing minutes and reports.
- Compiling lists of names and addresses that are useful to the company
- Keeping a record of the organization’s activities
- Keeping a diary of future activities.
- Filing all committee correspondence received and copies of replies sent
Employment Type: Temporary, to cover a maternity leave (Four (4) months)

Salary range: ETB 2,000 – ETB 2,500 (Gross Salary)
Job Requirements
- BA Degree or Diploma in Secretarial science or related fields.
- Ability to work extensively whenever required.
