Job Summary:
- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, control, and supervise the overall activities of the company ensures the provision of efficient services to the company’s clients and staff and other related reports.
Detailed duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the provision of efficient companying services to the company’s clients and staff.
- Signs cheques, Vouchers, company transactions, correspondences, and other documents of the company in accordance with established procedures.
- Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Reviews all company operation manuals, financial guidelines and formats/ slips, etc. and suggests possible improvements on same.
- Implements internal and external auditors’ comments
- Ability to help develop, implements, support, and review all Human Resource Department initiatives, Finance Department policies, procedures, and systems;
- Leadership and instructional aptitudes needed to provide training and oversight on policies and procedures;
- Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Developing, leading, and executing purchasing strategies
- Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies
- Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

Job Requirements
- BA or MA degree in Management, Industrial Chemistry or related field of studies
- 10 years and more than Experience in a manufacturing firm preferable in a paint factory
- At least 4 years of Experience in the Head Position.
