IT Support Officer

IT SUPPORT OFFICER position is responsible for

• Identify hardware and software solutions for the communication platform
• Troubleshooting technical issues of the communication platform
• Diagnosing and repairing faults of the communication platform
• Resolving network issues
• Speaking to customers to quickly get the root of their problem
• Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
• Preparing or replacing  the necessary parts of any platform supporting equipment's

Job Requirements

• Minimum of diploma/ level IV graduate  in information technology  database programing and other related field of studies wit the minimum of  years working experience( software support, customer support, programing and data base)
• Problem solving skill
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Communication skill
• Customer service skill
• Ability to multitask efficiently and good at time management
