Job Responsibilities
- Identify hardware and software solutions for the communication platform.
- Troubleshooting technical issues of the communication platform.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults of the communication platform.
- Resolving network issues.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get the root of their problem.
- Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Preparing or replacing the necessary parts of any platform supporting equipment's.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of BSc. degree in Information technology, database, programming and other related fields .
- Minimum of 6 year experience in a relevant roles including system content development, e-commerce and digital marketing (software program support, programming, database is also appreciated).
- A strong sense of creativity that aids in navigating day to day work load in alternate directions and systems.
- Deep knowledge and experience in system content development in required.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Excellent computation knowledge and technology engineering science.
- excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
- Experience of developing, enhancing and supporting application systems.
