Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Provides Supervision oversight for the construction project, including overall construction/maintenance, electrical and plumbing works follow-up, coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
Job Requirements
REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma from technical and vocational school in building technology.
- Able to do Electrical & plumbing works by Own self.
- 10 years and above proven work experience out of which 5 years in real estate sector.
- Knowledge of computer applications & engineering software’s.
- Interpersonal Knowledge with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Well organized with excellent time management skills.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Good planning, organizing analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
- Confidentiality and integrity.
