Haile Grand - Addis is the newly opened five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from the Israeli Embassy in front of Lambert  Square. We are hiring just for a pre-opening team & the below vacancies are among them.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Secretarial Science and office management,  BA in Social Studies
• Total years of experience 5 years out of it 3 years in a similar position
• Hotel experience is a plus
• Able to coordinate people and multiple tasks
• Excellent secretarial knowledge of document organizing, business letter writing, and office management.
• High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and initiating sound judgment of office protocols.
• Enthusiastic, Principled & influenced welcoming accommodative personality.
• An excellent communication skill of Amharic & English Language proficiency in listening, reading & writing very well.
• Great interpersonal skills & leadership in practice.
• An excellent team player, positive outlook, change agent and result-oriented personality.
