Job Description

Nuriflex is a South Korean-based company that mainly focuses on Intelligent Metering Infrastructure (AMI) products, which are core solutions of Smart Grid, using communication software and application solutions. It also provides automatic identification using EMS, barcode / RFID System (Auto-ID: Identification), Intelligent Disaster Prevention System, and Smart Grid and Micro Grid.

In particular, electric / water / gas / AMI systems using the wire / wireless communication method provided by NuriFlex are being adopted by 46 overseas electric power companies including KEPCO, leading the domestic smart grid and Internet of things.

NuriFlex is rapidly adopting new technology and advanced technology and diversified business experience to advance into the global markets such as Europe, Africa, and Asia to enhance the status of Korea's IT technology. Also, we are opening the world of IoT through AMI, the core infrastructure of Smart Grid.

Nuriflex is seeking to hire competent, qualified, and interested candidates for the position of HR/Admin Coordinator:

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain staff personal files and ensures that all necessary documents are included
  • posting vacancies on different websites
  • Screening CVs and arranging interviews
  • Perform orientations and update records with new hires
  • Keeps and updates staff leave records
  • Shipment document checking and Custom clearance at Ethiopian airlines cargo for all imports of courier shipments
  • Process and Follow up shipping documents at Commercial Bank
  • Process and Follow up LC openings and payments
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Process Visa, Work permit, and Resident ID
  • Document Authentication at the Ministry of Foreign affair
  • Prepare outgoing letters and proper documentation of incoming letters
  • Updating and implementing all necessary company policies and improving policies and procedures
  • Resolving internal conflicts among employees
  • Support the Finance office
  • Prepare reports to the General Manager
  • Process plane tickets (domestic and international)
  • Arrange vehicles and prepare contracts with the agents
  • Follow up and facilitate project-related issues at Ethiopian Electric Utility
  • Hotel booking for meetings and business travels
  • Facilitate staff workshops
  • Process Embassy visas for business trips
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries
  • Support other functions as assigned

Job Requirements

Required knowledge and competence

  • BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields

Work experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

Skills:

  • A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Good command of the English language
  • Ability to cooperate and collaborate with others
