Job Description

• Responsible for managing all communications with Sales supervisors and Installer agent Supervisors preparing required progress reports, and resolving technical issues for the agents.
• Monitoring/supervising the performance of the Sales and Installer agent Supervisors' activities.
• Assessing and consolidating the problems to be encountered that take place on the field to solve the alternative solution.
• Develop and maintain long-term network operation strategies that will help enhance and achieve long-term goals for the company.
• Monitor/supervise and ensure the implementation of all Sales and Installer agents’ activities.
• Report On the number Of Fiber Optics Produced Each Day
• Prepare Daily Supervision Report
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Field of Study

• Electrical Engineering (Computer) / Software Engineering / Information Technology  and other related fields

Experience

• 2 and above Years of experience
