Essential Function
- Working with Line Managers to develop and execute needs-based Learning and Development programs (targeted at various employee categories andĀ specificĀ processĀ areas)Ā toĀ supportĀ theĀ BankāsĀ Ā Ā corporate strategies;
- Periodically conducting a Bank-wide strategy based
- Training Needs Assessment and developing appropriate training objectives and strategies to address training needs;
- OverseeingĀ theĀ developmentĀ andĀ maintenanceĀ ofĀ theĀ BankāsĀ TrainingĀ CurriculumĀ toĀ supportĀ critical employee competency development;
- Ensuring a yearly training calendar is developed to support competency development initiatives across employee categories and Process Areas;
- MaintainingĀ TrainingĀ ContentĀ QualityĀ AssuranceĀ usingĀ trainingĀ metricsĀ toĀ trackĀ trainingĀ deliveryĀ and effectiveness;
- Working with the Talent Management function to facilitate Internal Trainer Identification and Selection
- Coordinating and implementing the Bankās āTrain the TrainerāĀ Ā programs ;
- Establishing beneficial relationships with selectively identified External Trainer Organizations;
- EnsuringĀ thatĀ theĀ successĀ ofĀ allĀ planningĀ andĀ developmentĀ initiativesĀ areĀ appropriatelyĀ trackedĀ and implementing needs-based feedback mechanisms to improve the implementation of specific initiatives;
- DevelopingĀ andĀ maintainingĀ theĀ Bankās
- knowledgeĀ managementĀ systemsĀ to facilitate learningĀ andĀ development at the organizational, process, and employee levels;
- ManagingĀ LearningĀ &Ā DevelopmentĀ functionĀ employeeĀ performanceĀ includingĀ performanceĀ planning, appraisal, and post-appraisal activities;
- Overseeing the efficient and effective development and execution of the budget and budgetary process in the Learning & Development function; and
- Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements
Qualification
- MA/MBA/BA in Human Resource/Management/Business Administration/Marketing or related fields;
Experience
- 8/10 years of relevant experience; 2 of which in senior position; and Good experience in talent management, organization structure, and culture development principles and practices.
