Essential Function

• Maintain and update proper inventory master list of all assets of the Bank.
• Conduct a physical inventory count of the bank’s property and balance with the master list.
• Reconcile the property master list against account records.
• Prepare a sequential tag list and coordinate the tagging process of assets.
• Handle property insurance activities.
• Administer acquired properties and compile ownership documents.
• Collect damaged and used items from all work units and warehouses properly.
• Identify and report stock items for damage, obsolesce, and defects and recommend disposal.
• Monitor and follow up that material resources are registered properly, accounted for, insured, and secured.

Job Requirements

Qualification: BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field,

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the banking industry of which 1 year as Junior Property Administration Officer
