Essential Function

• Monitor the proper allocation and utilization of vehicles and fuel consumption
• Coordinate vehicles maintenance and repairs
• Propose insurance coverage for new vehicles and renewal for existing
• Monitor annual vehicles registration and  inspection
• Keep a record of all vehicles
• Prioritize requests and allocate vehicles and drivers
• Prepare and process payments for fuel expense
• Follow-up pool vehicles status and initiate maintenance when necessary
• Handle the transfer of the vehicle to drivers after inspecting and verifying
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Verify regular vehicles service requests and arrange schedules;
• Handle vehicles registration, annual inspection, insurance coverage, and renewal

Job Requirements

Qualification

• BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field,

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the banking industry of which 1 year as Junior Facility Management Officer.
