Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and supporting the Digital Banking systems of the Bank under the IT department
- Coordinate and lead the activities of the division
- Ensure the availability and support of the systems from the IT side
- Manage and monitor system service and make sure service run smoothly
- Communicate with external support vendors to address any issue
- Implement the updated versions of software
- Provide training to support staff on Digital Banking related system products and services
- Define and document system test plans for user acceptance testing and regression testing deliverables
- Create or update documentation related to the activity performed (design document, maintenance procedure) respecting digital banking systems
- Take ownership of the team performance, lead and develop staff under supervision
- Troubleshot and resolve any issue related to digital payment systems
- Provide support to end user and relevant team
- Well understand about SWIFT message and ISO message so as to provide support to usersā query
- Well understand both local and international payment system (CSS, VISA, Master, ā¦) so as to provide support to usersā query
- Research new feature/technology related to SWIFT system, other payment and digital systems
- Provide support for other project initiatives, when requested by management, to manage and/or participate in these project initiatives in line with the Bankās strategic plans
- Develop business case for critical system changes
- Participate in the organization and planning of development resources and schedules
- Keep improving web service/APIs skill to support the Bankās growth
- develop and implement policies and procedures related to the Bankās Digital systems operation and support
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Education and training
- MSc/MA/BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields of studies
Experience
7 to 9 years of relevant work experience in Digital Banking systems implementation and support out of which 3 years at a senior position with
- Experience with SWIFT Alliance line of product
- Well understand about SWIFT message and ISO message
- Well understand both local and international payment system (CSS, VISA, Master, ā¦)
- Implementation and management experience of digital and payment systems Software
- Demonstrated expertise in managing banking applications management processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Technical and Behavioral competencies like

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
