Senior Customer Services Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides front office customer service support at the Branch
• Handles account management transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Job Requirements

Educations

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement 

• 4 (Four) years of relevant experience in a Bank  

 Competencies Required

• Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.
• Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
