About Addis Ababa Silk Road General Hospital

Addis Ababa Silk Road General Hospital (ASRGH) was constructed in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia in 2017 in an echo of the \"Belt and Road Initiative” by AFEI Holding. This 14-story, new state-of-the-art hospital is committed to enhancing China-Africa\'s unbreakable friendship and strengthening innovation and practice to improve healthcare in Africa. This new facility is designed for two specific groups: patients and their families and healthcare professionals.

ASRGH includes Medical Departments with an Operating Room, Training Center, Intensive Care Unit, Outpatient Department, Emergency Room, Hemodialysis/Lithotripsy Center, Diagnostic Center, and Administrative/Logistics center and provides a high level of acute care, general, intermediate, and intensive/critical care with the services of general internal medicine, neurosurgery, cardiology, endocrinology, obstetrics, gynecology, urology, orthopedics, E.E.N.T, ophthalmology, dentistry, and pediatrics. ASRGH serves as the base of clinical practice and the teaching hospital for Addis Ababa University. Our highly specialized physician team is from sixteen foreign countries and the patient care management is from the U.S. Our multidisciplinary healthcare professionals are supported by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies, and Addis Ababa University.
