Night Manager

Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as the Night Manager. The Night Manager is responsible for managing all hotel activities during the night shift.

Job Requirements

Required qualifications and competencies are as follows:

• BA degree in Hotel Management\ Management \Business Administration or related
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Night Manager or Hotel Manager, preferably in a four or five-star hotel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Amharic, and additional language is advantageous.
• Excellent, proven IT skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent working knowledge of OPERA.
• Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
• Willingness to work flexibly and ability to work under pressure.
• Good analytical thinker and problem solver.
