Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations related to customers.
- Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
- Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
- Manage the administration processes including records/data to ensure that they work efficiently and effectively and in the best interests of the customer, direct the team to achieve budgetary targets
- Develop and sustains relationships within key departments to facilitate two-way communication concerning opportunities and threats within the organization and outside.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field.
- minimum: 1 year
- maximum: 3 years
Skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship
