Our Company SBG industry PLC seeks to hire competent, experienced and aspiring applicants to fill the following vacant position.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates the activities of the section.
- Make sure the company compound is clean and well managed
- Administers car pool and handles vehicles request of work units and assigns service vehicles based on priorities and cost effective
- Follow the vehicles status/technically and cleanness/
- Follow-up and make sure that every office and toilets are clean
- Ensures that all drivers have the right license to drive the company vehicles and checks that licenses are renewed annually.
- Ensures all SBG Industry PLC plated vehicles are annually inspected of their road worthiness and report to the immediate boss.
- Follows up vehicle accidents and timely reports to the traffic police for investigation and insurance process.
- Plans and administers the cafeteria services to assure that the service is properly delivered to all employee with fair price , the rooms are properly cleaned and the company regulations are perfectly implemented,
- Responsible for the registration and administration of fixed assets in consultation and guidance of Finance Dep.
- Properly report the weekly fuel consumption of the vehicles and make sure that the consumption is to the standards (fuel consumption/km for the company business).
- Recommend to the company the best way of fuel usage
- Coordinate the service car to the best use of the staffs with minimum complain
- Administers company building and follows up their maintenance quality
- Supervises the telephone service within SBG Industry PLC follows up maintenance and recommends installation of new lines or mobile telephones.
- Manage the security service by implementing the proper way of managing it.
- .Monitors the administration of the company properties and recommends improvements.
- Performs other related duties as may be required.

Job Requirements
Education
- BA degree in management, Business Management, Public Administration or other related field,
Experience
- At least (4) Four years relevant work experience in the area.
