Major Responsibilities
WebSprix is seeking an innovative sales and marketing leader to strategize WebSprix’s sales operation, promote our products, services and brand, build a vibrant sales and marketing team, and execute the sales activity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic plans for sales and marketing activities and managing the brand of the company.
- Develop the company’s overall branding, marketing and corporate communication strategies in line with the company’s business development objectives and market characteristics and trends.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, branding, and marketing/promotion campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relations with external agencies such as market research firms, marketing consultants, PR agencies and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral for marketing events and project sales in keeping with the marketing communication strategy of the Company.
- Develop and manage the customer relationship management process.
- Maintain market intelligence on marketing propositions of competitors and trends and ensure sharing of market intelligence with the business development teams.
- Develop the sales strategy to generate business opportunities and prioritize target markets.
- Participate in the development of business cases for new projects / initiatives.
- Direct the analysis of sales and business development activities.
- Develop size and skills of sales team to match business development efforts.
- Set and meet sales targets along with the sales teams, coupled with developing and maintaining a database of potential and existing customers.
- Ensure an efficient customer service operation to respond to customer needs and complaints.
- Performing other related duties assigned by the immediate manager.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- BA or master’s in marketing, business management, or similar.
- At least four years of relevant experience
Required core competency
- Strong management skills including decision-making, negotiation, risk management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills, team orientation and desire to excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of a demand–supply perspective, and well-established relationships with potential customers.
- Being customer-centric.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools.
- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis.
- Regularly produce and present reports.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
