Job Description
Purpose statement: -Ensure the required availability and reliability of machinery and equipment in the production and ancillary processes, at the lowest possible cost, considering both legal and Repi -Willmar standards and guidelines. Drives continuous excellence in the maintenance area on both compliance and safety side and onboards all the maintenance teams adhere to the policy and standards of the company.
Developed and executed the maintenance strategy:
Inculcates maintenance KPI across the function with the focus of attaining the business strategy.
- Develops the maintenance strategy in line with the operation strategy and business need.
- Enforces and manages the understanding and application of the maintenance strategy.
- Converts the strategy into tactical actions for implementation up to the shop floor maintenance team.
- Constantly monitors and aligns the maintenance strategy with the business direction.

- Conducts breakdown analysis with the team as part of the coaching and development process.
- Develops and implements maintenance management routines and aligns with customers like production (including daily breakdown analysis, work order generation and implementation).
- Priorities maintenance activity as per agreed plan with the customer.
- Makes sure critical spares are identified and stocked as per company stock policy.
- Ensure a maintenance management system (excel) is maintained for all maintenance activities.
- Reports all maintenance KPI’s are reported, and improvement planned.
- Identifies and manages maintenance related projects.
- Identifies process and efficiency improvement projects related to maintenance; works with customers to do the same.
- Develops and presents project brief that includes the cost benefit analysis and related capex required.
- Once approved, manages the execution of the projects.
- Ensures projects are conducted as per company policy and procedure including procurement and AFCE.
Job Requirements
Competency Requirement:
- Diploma, Lavel III or IV Industrial /General Mechanic and related.
