Assistant Store Keeper

Purpose of the Job

Support the property management officer on goods receiving, storing, and issuing for the approved users. Facilitate the ease of goods loading-unloading process and keep clean the storerooms.

Major activities

• Assist the property management officer while  receiving, issuing, and  of goods and facilitate the work to   handle timely and   appropriately
• Facilitate the  cleaning  work of warehouse  area  in a programmed manner and ensure  to have an attractive and suitable  working environment
• Assist property management officer in segregating and arrange of stacking of goods to the right location.
• Keep a tight control while undertaking items receiving, Issuing, record keeping, and periodic inventory taking.
• Manage to achieve the highest standard of cleanliness in all storeroom area
• Be aware and follow security/safety procedures according to rules and regulations of WVE and take appropriate safeguards.
• Follow the origination’s policies rules and regulations.
• Perform other related duties assigned efficiently and correctly.

Job Requirements

1. Must have a Diploma in management/accounting and another related field of study
2. Must have minimum work experience of 2 years in a related area. 
3. Basic ICT training 
4. Effective in written and verbal communication in English
